⚠️Third National Communication Test Today @ 1:20 PM⚠️ During this national test, you should receive an alert on your phone, radio, and broadcast television at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 4. The message that appears on compatible phone devices will read: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System.
