West End Boulevard Update - Tree Work October 28th As part of the West End Boulevard Street Improvement Project, Advanced Tree Service will be on West End Bloulevard, between Rose & Bertling, next Thursday, October 28th, to complete tree removal that began last year during utility relocations. Motorists are encouraged to consider alternate routes during the day and use extreme caution in the work zones. Roadway construction on West End Boulevard is currently planned to begin in 2022.
