Recent Incident Update: Around 4pm this afternoon, your Cape Girardeau Firefighters responded to a House Fire on O’Connell Drive in Cape Girardeau. Units arrived on scene and found heavy fire in the front corner of the residence. CGFD firefighters rescued a male and his rabbit from the basement and we are happy to report that both were unharmed.
