Yesterday at Fire Station 3, we welcomed Engine 13 back home after a 2 year refurbishment process. It’s been a long time, but we are so happy to have Engine 13 back in service as one of our two reserve fire engines. We appreciate all of the individuals and vendors who helped make this happen! What’s a reserve fire engine, you may ask? It’s a fire engine used as a backup if one of the “front-line” fire engines are out of service for repairs. Or, a reserve fire engine can be staffed extra to help provide additional coverage for the city. :) Learn More
